People - Lowveld Show 2012

People According to the Show Society, this year's attendance was even bigger than in previous years. People travelled from across the region to visit Chiredzi and it was a pleasure to meet so many of you.

With a huge variety of activities on offer, children were especially spoilt for choice with face painting, quad-bike rides, candy floss, toys, jumping castles, clowns and much more.

Overall, this year's showcase has been labelled as one of the best in many years. The audience is already anticipating a bigger and better event next year.

Chiredzi Lions Club

The Lions Club of Chiredzi organised the first annual Lowveld Agricultural Show and Trade Fair in 1966. Three years later, in 1969, management of the Show was handed over to a dedicated Show Society with Lions volunteering at the gates in exchange for a charitable donation.
